Young Seal was raised by foster family and started performing in local clubs and bars. His beginnings weren’t easy and it didn’t help that his face was scared by rare skin disease called discoid lupus erythematosus. Althoug he’s a very rich man, Seal found ever richer wife. He started dating German supermodel Heidi Klum short after she broke up with her previous boyfriend, Formula One team manager Flavio Briatore and was already pregnant with him. Seal and Klum married in 2005. They raised together the daughter that Heidi Klum has with Briatore and their own three kids. Heidi filed for divorce in 2012. Seal’s income consists mostly from royalties for his music. His albums include Human Being, Soul, and Commitment, just to name a few.
While married, Seal lived with his wife in a big mansion in Brentwood. They bought the real estate for over $14 million in 2010, using funny cover name “Milk and chocolate LLC.” In 2011, Seal was performing on a party of Chechnyan leader Ramzan Kadyrov and received allegedly $500,000 for this party. This was strongly criticized by human rights groups mentioning disappearances of his political opponents and his disputable methods.
