After splitting apart Daddy Yankee and releasing Vida Escante, his music gained international recognition. Throughout his career, he has worked with other famous artists, including Big Boy, Magnate & Valentino, and R.K.M & Ken-Y. In 2014, Nicky released his latest album titled Nicky Jam Punto 7. A year later, he won a Latin Grammy Award for Best Urban Performance.
