Martin Lewis was born on 9th May, 1972, in Withington, United Kingdom. He studied at the London School of Economics and a broadcast journalism at Cardiff University Centre for Journalism Studies. He was also given an honorary doctorate in business administration from the University of Chester in 2013.
Besides writing his columns in newspapers, Martin wrote two best-selling books, titled The Money Diet and The Three Most Important Lessons You’ve Never Been Taught and edited Thrifty Ways for Modern Days, the book based on contributions to a forum on his website.
