Kodaline are a Dublin-based Irish rock band. Initially called 21 Demands, in 2011 the band altered its name to Kodaline.

Steve Garrigan and have known each other since youth and Mark Prendergast was raised in Swords, Dublin. They both attended secondary school in Swords at Colaiste Choilm, where they’d participate in several fight of the bands.
