Jenny Johal was born and raised in Jalandar. She started the singing at the age of 3. She began her training from Ustad Bhupinder Singh and went on to performing at collage festivals, local events and private events. And now she started training under Punjab’s finest lyricist and music director Bunty Bains.

Jenny Johal is not only a talented singer but also trained in several instruments like Harmonium, Guitar, Sitar, Tanpura and trained in classical singing. She belongs from a very prominent family having her grandfather as Shri Joga Singh a famous Kavishr. Kavishari was mostly sung about Bravery, known as Veer Ras, one of the nine Ras.
