Brie Larson Plastic Surgery Before and After
Career Beginnings and Breakthrough on Film
Brianne Sidonie Desaulniers, commonly known as Brie Larson, was born on October 1, 1989 in Sacramento, California. As a child, she moved to Los Angeles with her younger sister and mother when her parents separated. Her first professional job was performing in sketches in The Tonight Show with Jay Leno.
In the late 1990s, she landed guest spots in such television shows as To Have & to Hold, Touched by an Angel, Popular and Then Came You. Subsequently, she appeared in the drama Special Delivery and was cast as Samantha in the television series Schimmel, though it was never aired because its star, Robert Schimmel, was diagnosed with cancer prior to filming.
In 2001, she was cast as Emily Stewart in the television series In Your Dreams which was later renamed as Raising Dad. It was, however, cancelled after only one season. In 2003, she appeared as Courtney Enders in the Disney Channel Original Movie Right on Track.
In 2004, she played a small role in 13 Going 30. That same year, she played Elizabeth “Liz” Daniels in Sleepover, which mostly garnered negative reviews and was a commercial failure, only earning $10,148,953 worldwide on a $10 million budget.
In the mid 2000s, she appeared in the movies Madison, Hoot, and Farce of the Penguins. In 2008, she played Angie in Remember the Daze and starred in the short film The Babysitter that same year. She next starred as Susan “Suzy” Decker in House Broken and as Emily in the comedy movie Just Peck.
She went on to appear in the films Tanner Hall (2009) and Greenberg (2010) before gaining mainstream recognition for her role as Envy Adams in 2010’s Scott Pilgrim vs. the World. Reviews for the movie were mostly positive but it was a major financial disappointment, earning over $47 million on a $60 million budget.
From 2009 to 2011, she also became known for her role as Katherine “Kate” Gregson in the television series United States of Tara. She has since made guest appearances in such television series as The League, NTSF:SD:SUV::, Kroll Show and Community.
In 2011, she appeared as Helen in the drama film Rampart, starring Woody Harrelson. The following year, she gained wider fame when she starred as Molly in 21 Jump Street, starring Jonah Hill and Channing Tatum. The movie was both a critical and commercial success, grossing over $201 million on a $42 million budget.
Continued Success in Film and Plastic Surgery
She later starred as Stephanie Jouseski in the drama movie The Trouble with Bliss and served as the co-director and co-writer in the short film The Arm, followed by another short film called Bitter Orange. In 2013, she played Monica Martello in Don Jon, starring alongside Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Scarlett Johansson, and Julianne Moore.
Don Jon garnered highly good reviews from critics and also proved to be a box office success, earning over $30 million on a $3 million budget. For her role, she won the Georgia Film Critics Association Award for Best Breakthrough Performance and was also nominated for a Central Ohio Film Critics Association Award for Breakthrough Film Artist.
Later in 2013, she achieved critical acclaim for her role as Grace in the drama film Short Term 12. Upon its release, the movie was met with highly positive reviews from critics. For her performance, she won many awards such as a Gotham Independent Film Award for Best Actress and earned various nominations like an Independent Spirit Award for Best Female Lead.
Larson is only 24 but she’s already making a name in Hollywood. With this comes the question if the young actress has somehow gone with the flow when it comes to plastic surgery. It is quite known that many young actresses go under the knife in the hopes of landing themselves more promising careers. Could it be possible that Larson is one of them?
According to most observers, the 21 Jump Street actress shows no signs of plastic surgery. She has recently gained weight which is something that has nothing to do with any cosmetic procedures. When checked closely, she has some acne on her forehead and these flaws signify that she is indeed all natural.
