Rick was born March 22, 1965 in Lexington, North Carolina but his family moved to California when he was just a kid. He studied at Taft Middle School but dropped out in 10th grade. His plan was allegedly to sell fake designer bags but he eventually changed his mind. Since young age, Harrison worked for his father in his Gold & Silver Coin Shop. In late 1980’s Rick and his father opened World Famous Gold & Silver Pawn Shop in Las Vegas, Nevada. It generates them hundreds of thousands annually on interest.
Harrison married his girlfriend Kim in 1982 after it turned out that she’s pregnant. The couple divorced three years later. His second wife was Tracy. But also this marriage ended up in divorce. In 2012, Harrison engaged with Deanna Burditt. They got married in 2013 and as of 2015 are still living together.
