Mike Murdock Net Worth
Popular American televangelist Mike Murdock is known to be a very rich man. As of 2015, his total net worth is estimated to be about $5 million. However, his congregation might be even richer. As donation to churches and non-profit foundations are usually tax-exempt and Murdock’s Wisdom Center ministry is doing more than well.
Mike was born April 18, 1946 in Lake Charles, Louisiana. He studied at Southwestern Assemblies of God University but left before getting his college degree. Later, Murdock received an an honorary doctorate from International Seminary. He currently serves as a pastor of the Wisdom Center ministry in Haltom City, TX. He’s also Founding Trustee on the Board of International Charismatic Ministries
In 1966, Murdock married his girlfriend Linda Lormand. They adopted a boy in 1979. However the marriage ended by divorce later the same year and Linda was given custody of the boy. Mike’s current relationship status isn’t known.
According to Fort Worth Star-Telegram, Murdock was selling his huge mansion in Argyle Texas in 2012. The listing price was astonishing $3.2 million. Why so much? The real estate property has 25 rooms and sits on 6.89 acres of land. Murdock eventually sold the house for 2.7 million in 2013.
