Shaquille O’Neal Wife, Girlfriend, Son And Kids
Shaquille O’Neal and his ex-wife Shaunie got married on December of 2002 at a hotel in Beverly Hills and like most celebrity marriages it ended in divorce seven years later but not before giving the public and tabloid magazines a number of juicy scandals. In hindsight it should have been obvious that this relationship would end in disaster because Shaunie first met Shaquille while she was still married to her first husband and she started a secret relationship with him until she left her husband and got hitched to Shaq. This skeleton in her closet was brought to light when Media take out decided to do a little digging into her past. While married to Shaquille O’Neal they had two sons Shareef and Shakir and two daughters Amira and Me’arah.
Shaquille O’Neal’s Wife
The divorce between Shaquille O’Neal and his wife Shaunie got messy because for years there had been intense rumors in the tabloids of infidelity by Shaq and after several warnings Shaunie finally had enough and called it quits on their marriage by filling for divorce citing irreconcilable differences. Shaquille later admitted his infidelities to the public in 2011 and gave the excuse that ‘he was a man with too many options’. Like many celebrity divorces the drama did not end in going their separate ways because Shaquille blocked Shaunie’s attempts at starting her own reality TV show by demanding she pay him one million dollars because she is only famous in the first place for being his wife. Shaunie refused to pay the money saying that he is spiteful and does not want the kids involved in her new show and so the fight between them continues with no end in sight.
Shaquille O’Neal’s Kids
As one would expect Shaquille O’Neal’s kids are all pretty tall starting with his eldest daughter which he had with ex-girlfriend Arnetta Yarbourgh- the 19-year-old Taahira O’Neal has a cute must watch video of herself on YouTube singing Rihanna‘s Umbrella song and the video has nearly 30,000 hits. Shaquille’s other daughters are named Amira and Me’arah and they are aged 14 and 9 respectively.
As one might guess Shaquille’s sons have been of interest to many wondering if they inherited their fathers skills on the court and as luck would have it, one of Shaquille O’Neal’s sons has some mad skills on the court though his style of play differs greatly from his father’s. Shareef O’Neal is 7 ft tall at the age of sixteen and still growing, he has already received offers from UCLA and other prestigious schools who hope to attract him to their basketball teams. Shaquille has made it clear to his son that he does not have to play basketball as a career and even took away his new Lamborghini until he improved his grades in school. Shaquille’s other son is called Shaqir and he is only 12 years old.

Shaquille O’Neal’s Girlfriend
Given the number of women Shaquille O’Neal is rumored to have been with, it can get a little tough to differentiate between mistresses and actual girlfriends but of late one woman has been catching the media’s attention as potentially getting the official title of Shaquille O’Neal’s girlfriend and her name is Laticia Rolle. Little is known about this ebony beauty other than she is a graduate of Eckerd college and rumor has it that Shaquille met her while she was working as a hostess at a bar in Florida. The couple made headlines when paparazzi got a photo of Shaq planting a smooch on his new hot girlfriend while they were in Paris after which he took her out to watch a tennis match (pictured above) during which they were both dressed very classy showing that even Shaquille O’Neal knows how to make a suit work when called upon.
Shaquille O’Neal also dated Nikki Alexander from 2010 to 2013 during which he cheated on her too. Nikki later stated in an interview that she was heart-broken when she ended it with him because he had painted a fairy tale life picture for their future only for her to discover that she was not actually in the picture. Nikki however made peace with it stating that she believes everything happens for a reason and she is right because she got her own reality show for no other reason than once being Shaquille O’Neal’s girlfriend. Her latest reality show “It Takes A Sister” airs on Oxygen. She is also the executive producer on the show. She once stated on the show that her betrayal by Shaq has not made her lose faith in finding love.
